Advanced In-House Facilities

At Rubber Craft Industries, we offer complete in-house capabilities including design, tool development, compounding, moulding, testing, packaging, and logistics. Our integrated setup ensures high quality, faster delivery, and precise customization.

Design Development

Our highly qualified designers and engineers utilize the latest CAD technology and tooling machines to provide fast & efficient tool designing and development services. The company not only ensures the quality of the products currently being manufactured but also works on constant updating of technologies and new products. Safety, durability, and aesthetic appearance are the indispensable features of our value-added components in addition to great functionality.

 

In-House Tool Room

Rubber Craft Industries is a self-sufficient entity and the prime reason that it delivers optimal quality products is its strict control on all subsidiary processes as well. The Tool Room is equipped with latest vertical Milling Centers and EDMs. For Qualification of Moulds it has advanced setup of Profile Projectors, 3D CMM, metallurgical Microscope and Roughness testers.

Compounding Facility

A compound is a mixture of base polymer and other chemicals that form a finished rubber material. Our unique formulations includes best in class compounds that perform in demanding environments where temperatures are extreme, media aggressive, pressure high and standards stringent. More precisely, a compound refers to a specific blend of chemical ingredients tailored to a set of required characteristic to optimize performance for a specific service.

We are compliance for EPDM rubber and Silicone rubber, performing tests as per various test methods referred by R 22, R 23, HL 3, category of EN 45545-2, requirement for fire behaviour of materials and components.

Our products are ROHS and REACH compliance.

Rubber Moulding facility

Rubber Moulding is the most sophisticated technique for producing high volumes of components. It is the most expensive method as regards equipment and technical control requirements. Generally, to obtain maximum production efficiency, injection moulded rubber components are produced using relatively short, high temperature vulcanization cycles.

Packaging and Logistics

RCI's Packaging are in bulk to reduce the cost, packages are made according to customer specifications, the packing materials are eco-friendly and biodegradable, all packing materials are free from toxic agents.

The company has tie - ups with international freight forwarders to ensure timely delivery at customer's doorsteps across the world. Goods can be shipped on FOB or CIF basis based on customer's requirements.
